We built EstateOS because the AU real estate software market is exactly the kind of market that gets stuck. Five incumbents, each with strengths in one workflow and gaps in five, all charging quote-based pricing nobody publishes. The average agency runs 4-7 separate software products spending $400-800 per agent per month — and still fills the gaps with spreadsheets and manual copy-paste.
Meanwhile a majority of top-performing AU agents now use AI tools daily, but the AI is typically bolted-on, not audited, and not Privacy Act ready for the December 2026 ADM transparency deadline.
The structural answer is a platform where prompts are versioned data, not product code. Where compliance, audit, and explainability are platform principles every feature must respect. That platform is BridgeOS.

EstateOS v1 is built by a small team in Melbourne. We are pre-design-partner — actively recruiting three to five Australian agencies (one sales-led, one PM-led, one solo, one regional, one franchise office) to validate every assumption in our master product document before we commit code.
