- Can EstateOS publish listings live to REA or Domain today?
- Not yet. Listing copy is drafted in EstateOS for REA, Domain, and social variants; your team approves and exports or copies into your existing portal workflow. Live syndication (AI-14) depends on REA and Domain partner agreements — status is labelled honestly in the product and on this page.
- Does EstateOS replace my trust account in Console or PropertyMe?
- No in v1. Console Cloud and PropertyMe integrations are read-only for trust reporting during migration. EstateOS does not hold client trust money until the native ledger program (PM-R1) is live for your agency.
- How do after-hours enquiries reach EstateOS?
- Connect Twilio SMS, Gmail, or Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Overnight messages appear as AI draft replies in your morning queue — staff review and send; nothing is auto-sent to buyers or tenants.
- Is CoreLogic integrated via API?
- Not in v1. Upload CSV or PDF exports from the RP Data subscription you already pay for. Direct API access is on the roadmap when a data partnership is in place.
- Where can I see integration status before signing up?
- Every integration on this page shows a status badge: Production-ready, Webhook-ready, Partner agreement pending, or Roadmap. We do not mark REA or Domain as live until partner go-live.
