- Most agencies finish in one to four weeks depending on portfolio size: CSV export, import, parallel trial for one rent cycle or sales campaign, then cutover. PM hand-holding continues for 30 days post-cutover.
- Can we run EstateOS alongside our incumbent during migration?
- Yes — 30-day trial overlap is standard. Your incumbent stays live while agents validate data and workflows in EstateOS. No forced service gap.
- Which incumbents have CSV importers ready?

- Do you migrate trust ledger history?
- Opening balances and portfolio CSV import with landlord name resolution. v1 uses read-only trust sync from Console or PropertyMe during overlap; native trust writes follow the PM-R1 replacement track.

- Agents log into EstateOS with imported contacts, properties, and listings. Portals go live when you approve branding. AI drafts require the same human review as after migration — nothing auto-sends externally.
