How long does migration from Rex or PropertyMe take?
Most agencies finish in one to four weeks depending on portfolio size: CSV export, import, parallel trial for one rent cycle or sales campaign, then cutover. PM hand-holding continues for 30 days post-cutover.
Can we run EstateOS alongside our incumbent during migration?
Yes — 30-day trial overlap is standard. Your incumbent stays live while agents validate data and workflows in EstateOS. No forced service gap.
Which incumbents have CSV importers ready?
Rex, PropertyMe, VaultRE, Agentbox, and Console each have a dedicated CSV pipeline. See the compare pages linked from /switch for honest capability differences before you choose.
Do you migrate trust ledger history?
Opening balances and portfolio CSV import with landlord name resolution. v1 uses read-only trust sync from Console or PropertyMe during overlap; native trust writes follow the PM-R1 replacement track.
What happens on day one after cutover?
Agents log into EstateOS with imported contacts, properties, and listings. Portals go live when you approve branding. AI drafts require the same human review as after migration — nothing auto-sends externally.
