Migrate
EstateOS migration one-pager
Honest timelines for agencies switching from Rex, Agentbox, PropertyMe, or Console. Founding Pilot agencies get hands-on support; this page summarises the standard path.

Typical timelines
- Sales-led: One to two weeks — CSV import, parallel trial on one campaign, Rex/Agentbox decommission.
- PM-led: Two to four weeks — portfolio CSV, opening trust balances, optional read-only PropertyMe/Console bridge for at most one rent cycle.
- Mixed sales + PM: Two to four weeks — sales campaign overlap plus PM portfolio validation before trust cutover on PM-R1.
Standard steps
- Day 0 — discovery call: scope must-keep data and pick parallel-run window.
- Days 1–3 — export CSV from incumbent (field map provided per vendor).
- Days 4–5 — import + dry run: agents verify pipeline and rent roll in EstateOS.
- Week 2 — dual-run: incumbent stays live for one rent cycle or open-home weekend.
- Week 3+ — cutover: EstateOS primary; PM hand-holding for 30 days post-cutover.
CSV field maps (by incumbent)
- Rex: Properties, contacts, listings, active tenancies
- Agentbox: Contacts, listings, property history (CSV only — no API)
- PropertyMe: Portfolio, tenancies, contacts, opening trust balances
- Console Cloud: Properties, tenancies, contacts, trust opening balances
v1 includes read-only trust sync from PropertyMe or Console Cloud during migration. Native EstateOS trust ledger writes are on the PM-R1 program — we do not claim full PropertyMe replacement until that ships for your agency.
