- Yes. Solo, Small, Mid, and Enterprise tiers show base monthly prices in AUD, included AI calls per month, and per-call overage rates on this page.
- Do you charge per agent like Rex?
- EstateOS uses per-agency tiers with capacity limits, not list-price-per-seat quotes. Small tier adds a published per-extra-user fee (A$49 per user) above the base — still visible before you contact sales.
- Are AI features extra?
- Every tier includes a monthly AI call allowance. Overage is charged at a published per-call rate that decreases on higher tiers. AI features are not stripped from Solo; the allowance scales by tier.
- Which tier includes property management?
- Property management — routine inspections, bonds, maintenance workflows, and PM portals — starts on the Small tier. Solo is built for owner-operators focused on sales workflows and one client portal.
- Does pricing include trust accounting?
- v1 includes read-only trust sync from Console Cloud or PropertyMe for reporting during migration. Native EstateOS trust ledger is on the PropertyMe replacement track — we do not describe full trust replacement as included until that program ships for your agency.
- What happens if we exceed the monthly AI call cap?
- Nothing breaks. You move onto the published overage rate for your tier and the dashboard surfaces the projected end-of-month bill in real time so there are no surprises.
- Are AI features gated by tier?
- Every tier includes the same AI prompt catalogue — listing copy, vendor updates, inspection drafts, and more. What changes by tier is the monthly AI call allowance and which operational modules are included (property management, all five portals, and unified inbox start on Small).
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 30 days, full feature access, no card required. Design-partner agencies get extended trial terms in exchange for structured feedback.
- Are prices inclusive of GST?
- Prices shown are excluding GST. Australian agencies pay 10% GST on top; we issue compliant tax invoices monthly with your ABN on file.
