Appraisal preparation is the single highest-value AI use case in real estate, and the one incumbents most often get wrong. We don't pretend to be a data provider. v1 supports two comparable-sales modes: manual entry by the agent, and CSV/PDF upload from an existing CoreLogic or RP Data subscription. We parse the upload into structured comparables and pair them with our appraisal assistant.
The output is a branded PDF with a strategic narrative, a price-range justification, and a one-page summary the agent can leave with the vendor. Every section is editable inline — the AI gives you a 90% draft, not a take-it-or-leave-it artefact.
Direct CoreLogic and Domain API integration is on the roadmap once data partnerships are in place. For v1 we're explicit: EstateOS makes the report fast, your existing data tool sources the comps.
