Negotiation preparation briefing
Before an offer call, ask EstateOS for a briefing. It pulls vendor motivations, recent comparables, buyer history, and gives you the talking points.
Negotiation is the most under-supported part of an agent's day. The agent walks in with whatever's in their head — when 15 minutes of structured prep would change the result.
EstateOS lets the agent ask plain-English: "Brief me for the call with Buyer X on Property Y." The negotiation brief pulls vendor motivations from the listing notes, comparables from the appraisal, buyer history from the contact record, and produces a one-page brief with three suggested talking points and likely objections.
Output is internal — the brief stays in the agent's hands, not the vendor's or buyer's. No human-review gate applies because no external party ever sees it.
