Tradespeople are not full users in your CRM. They don't need access to your portfolio, your contacts, or your reporting. They need to receive a work order, accept it, document the work with photos, and get paid.
The EstateOS Trade PWA is a lightweight web app pinned to the tradie's home screen. They receive a work order via SMS, tap, accept, complete the job, upload before/after photos, submit the invoice. EstateOS verifies their licence and insurance are current before they ever see a work order.
Each session is scoped to the explicitly-assigned work orders. No listing-wide or portfolio-wide access — ever.
